Membership
The KCTMO is a company
with a resident membership of 4,553 (as of 31 March 2024).
a) a tenant or a licensee of a property used as their residence where the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea was their immediate landlord on the date of adoption of these articles; or
b) a lessee of a property pursuant to a lease with an initial term of over 50 years granted by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea or a person owning the freehold of a property for which a service charge is payable to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea; or
c) was a resident or leaseholder but was relocated as a result of the fire at Grenfell Tower on 14th June 2017 and would have met either condition (a) or (b) above on that date,
and in each case
d) is over eighteen years old.

Member Meetings
Although the TMO is no longer required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) by virtue of changes in the Companies Act, as a membership organisation and for transparency reasons, it continues to do so. It will continue to hold such meetings all the time there is sufficient interest from members. The next AGM will be in October 2024. The meeting will be held virtually due to the small attendance, convenience of members and to minimise costs. Information about how to vote and or attend online will be sent to members well in advance of the meeting.
