Member meetings
Each year KCTMO holds an annual general meeting of its members. The notice for any upcoming AGM and poll results for past member meetings are set out below.

The next AGM will be October 2024 and the notice will be sent to members ahead of the meeting, once the date is finalised.
Members are asked to ensure their contact details are kept up to date, to ensure notices are sent to the correct address.
