The TMO and The Royal Borough are carrying out various surveys this autumn. Tenants should receive survey questionnaires during the survey period from late September to mid November 2008. Please complete and return these surveys straight away if you are contacted, as the information gained from them will enable us plan for improvements in our services and at the same time help us get a better knowledge of our residents and their requirements. The Council is also carrying out other surveys as explained in the letter attached.

If you want to move home, a mutual exchange is a good idea. It means you can swap your home with another tenant. The big advantage is that it can be quick and you can choose your new home.
You can now make payments to the TMO online. It's quick and easy and it saves you time.
It is possible for residents to report non-urgent repairs online.
