Tenant advice and assistance is available on matters such as paying your rent, maintenance, repairs, property exchanges, dealing with crime and anti-social behaviour.
The TMO has two housing management teams, with one covering the north of the borough and one covering the south. These teams can deal with any enquiries you may have about your home and neighbourhood. If you would like to speak with your neighbourhood manager please contact the TMO on 0800 137 111.
If your postcode begins with W2, W10 or W11, your home falls within the north.
If your postcode begins with SW3, SW5, SW6, SW10, W8 or W14, your home falls within the south of the borough.
