The TMO works hard to provide residents with the best possible service, however, we acknowledge that sometimes we get things wrong, and when we do, it is important that you tell us so that we avoid similar problems in the future. This will help us to provide you, along with all our residents, with the best service possible.
We welcome general comments about our complaints procedure and your experience of using it. Your comments may help shape future TMO procedures.
Letting us know when we do something right is just as helpful as making a complaint. If you would like to compliment a member of staff or the service that we are offering, please do not hesitate to contact the Customer Relations Team. There is no better way of motivating and encouraging people to continue to provide an exemplary service.
